B&E Evaluation

  • What were the financial results for your business?
Loss, $-7.50
  • What are the things that went well?
Planning went well, we got all our supplies and everything seemed to be coming together.
  • What are the things that didn’t go well?
The business we decided on doing was put in an oversaturated a market.
  • What would you do differently next time?
Decide on an uncommon business that not many people are doing.
  • How did the team work together?
The team worked together very well, as we all pulled our weight.
  • Did everyone on the team do their share of the work?
Yes.
  • What are three things you learnt from doing this Kete?
1. Oversaturated markets are very hard to compete in.
2. It's important that everyone is present on the market day plans. Koru Games took 2 of our 4 members away, and during 2 of our sessions we struggled.
3. Everybody in a group has different skills and it's essential to utilize people's strengths and minimise people's weaknesses.
  • What are the things you enjoyed about this Kete?
The satisfaction of when our supplies came in and everything started to come together.
  • What are the things that you didn’t enjoy about this Kete?
The group selection process, where you are assigned a class and have to work with the people you are given.
